MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DAYS ONE CAN MAKE RESERVATION FOR
We should expect the maximum days anybody can stay in our apartment to be 30days being the expected number of days for vacation. Where guest are intending to stay beyond 30days, we would expect a justification and verification to be made to enable us provide the necessary support and to ensure the credibility of our visitors.
ANY NEED TO MAKE RESERVATION WITH INITIAL PAYMENT
Our visitors are not mandated to make any payment for booking however, to make their booking confirmed initial payment may be required to gurantee that booking is confirmed and not provided to any other visitor that prefers to commit to the booking. It is important to state that visitor without any commitment will have to pay at check-in based on the current rate of oour apartment. The essence of initial payment at least for the first night is to block the reservation and to ensure visitor are determined to use our apartment.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ROOMS ONE CAN RESERVE
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms plus 1 maid room at the boysquarters. We expect the rooms to be booked by our visitors since our rate is for the entire apartment. However, where single room is required by our visitor we will only make this room available when the apartment has not be prebooked by any other visotor interested in bookingn the whole apartment.
OTHER INCLUSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE EXPECTED
Booking our apartment comes with 24/7 power supply with renewable energy i.e. solar power and standby generator. There is wifi connectivity and Dstv service in all the rooms with flat TV. Where visitors would like to be picked up and dropped off at the airport, this will be additional cost to be handled by the visitors. There could be room to go on errands for our visitors at their own cost and as will be charged by the errand persons.
DOS AND DON'T WHY STAYING IN OUR APARTMENT
Dos:
- Check-in as indicated with the specified number of visitors.
- Notify your host in case of any change in the check-in time within 48 hours to avoid being subcharged for the first night.
- Full payment to be made at the point of check-in with valid card or bank transfer.
- Check-in to be made during the evening and not too late. However, if this is not possible, visitors are required to contact their host early enough within 24 hours of check-in.
- Others to be updated later.
Don'ts:
- Pets are not allowed within the apartments.
- No loud music within the apartment.
- No late night due to security issues.
